2a. Effective communication: Leadership fosters effective communication in all internal and external interactions, to establish and maintain cooperative relationships.
2b. Mentor/coach: Leadership promotes relationships that are trust-centered, providing the kind of empowerment that results in personal and performance improvement toward satisfying mutual objectives.
2c. Social responsibility: Leadership is accountable to others and endeavors to see that family, community, and environmental needs are met in local and, as appropriate, global ways.
5. Social Marketing: Leadership requires the study and understanding of fields of business. Social marketing guides the leader to develop holistic social programs understanding all aspects (product, price, promotions, place, personnel, people interested) of the program.

Introduction
This competency stimulates open communication within and outside an organization. This competency also focuses on reliable relationships with the commitment to sustain, improve and increase my personal aims based on shared objectives.

Previous Experience
I have taught English and Portuguese language during a few missions. In doing so, I have sought to help students in writing, speaking, listening, and reading in English and Portuguese, so that they may become effective communicators.
I coordinated a youth program at my church called "Young Friday" where the youth could participate in presentations, discussions, and debates at several subjects.

I taught communication Skills course in a social project developing students communication.
I taught communication course to business college students.
I used to sing in a choir, communicating through the music God's love to others.

I was the Marketing Director for the Student Board at the college I graduated from, contributing with students and administration communication.
I mentored high school and college students to gain mastery in writing, speaking, listening, and reading in order that they may become effective communicators.
I guided high school and college students in doing presentations, discussions, and debates.
While managing an event company, I trained and lead volunteers.
I trained fundamental and high school students on the effective use of assess computer program.
I taught English courses offered through a social project in Brazil.
Spiritual mentoring orientation in group. And Sabbath School teacher mentoring kids.
Artifacts
I shared our mission activities through an interviewed by Nuevo Tiempo (Hope Channel) in Chile, in 2016.

In 2015, I trained our missionary team in Brazil, in how they could communicate with others about Jesus.

In 2014, I participated on Código Aberto Show from Novo Tempo (Hope Channel), in Brazil, sharing the youth Sabbath school lesson.

In 2014, I was interviewed by CBN radio in Brazil, presenting a social activity called "Day of doing the Good".

I was mentioned in the Itau Bank magazine, where I had worked for 3 years because I was volunteering in the bank's social responsibility program.

Attending the Annual Leadership Conference at Andrews and being part of the Leadership website. Through our LLG, we can influence, mentor, and coach our colleagues.

Recording my testimony in Chile, I could transmit a little of my life to influence youth to do mission.
